[all variants] Disck Utility in Windows

Is there a place in Windows where I can see the SMART data on a hard drive? I love the little disk utility in ubuntu, I just hook hard drives up and right away I can tell people "Oh yeah you've got 2 bad spots on your hard drive" without having to run an hour long scandisk and watch it for errors....
