iptables port 25 drop/accept

I am baffled on our to configure iptables to perform the following function:

I have 2 Linux email servers total about 6,000 email accounts.

The main domain email server I am wanting to keep certain IP ranges from accessing it or connecting to it.

For example:

-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -s...
