[ubuntu] reviving networking after cable disconnect when using channel bonding

there is no failsafe fallover for when losing a network connection due to single cable disconnection while channel bonding is active (only applies when ubuntu is up and running). the only solution i've found is to try the other usually outdated method of channel bonding that will work as well. i...
