Just what the title says. I moved my TM back up to a new 6TB drive. the backup is only 3 TB.
SPotlight has been indexing for 24 hours and still going.

I moved my husbands TM to a new drive and his was fine. I didn't notice any indexing. I have more photos than he does but i can't see why the indexing is taking so long. THere's nothing I can do to stop it.
THis can't be normal.
I am on catalina.
