Hi, I just wanted to share this as I have been using a hotmail email address for many years. There is no support for linux users with Microsoft outlook but when I connected to their chat in Help the person really tried to find a solution. All for free so I felt less alone. The problem was that I could sign in and see my files but no content, just a blank page. After many changes and manipulations in Firefox I found the solution on the Mozilla trouble shooting site. One suggestion was to check the Firefox zoom and indeed it was at 100%. I just reduced it to 90% and everything reappeared. I felt very silly but must keep this in mind as with my eye-sight getting poorer I keep having to adjust the views.
I hope all the people I saw on the web with the same problem will see this, it may work for them too.
