Should I be worryed or really worryed? Cause I'm not that worryed... Just wondering if I should be.

So I was just stairing at the System Monitor on my desktop, when I noticed alot of trafic when there should only be the "stay alive" packets (I think thats what they are called), so I googled something like "data analyzer" and got nast. I ran it and found that I was communicating with several different IP addresses. Needless to say I got a little worryed. I'm no expert but when you randomly pick an IP addr and whois says:

Service name :KORNET
Organization Name : Korea Telecom

There MAY be something up...
I can post most of the IP addrs that I was ICMP(ing) and reciving UDP(s) from if anyone thinks it would help.

I'm thinking of taking one of two options after hearing back from you guys,
1) see if I can't get a little computer xp from solving this the hard way
2) do a fresh install of the OS (don't really wanna do this one, not that I can't back up the data, just rather take option 1)

Correct me if im wrong but, ICMP stands for Internet Control Message Protocol, which means (or sounds like) someone is remotely controlling my computer.
