Is there a way to add Animated PNG support to Linux? I would like that please. Thanks.

Edit: after a bit of reading I found it cant be done. the PNG Group refuse to add it to their libpng library seeing as they have their own version of an animated PNG library that never got popular. So only plugins as supplied by Firefox allows their viewing. They are basically Flash Files with no sound or interactivity. Oh well...
